johnson, defense attorneys tried today to have the state's attorney's office removed from the case. they argue the state's attorney's office committed prosecutorial misconduct by not charging the lead detective in the case when he got into trouble last year. detective nicholson is currents -- currently suspended under investigation, reportedly forcing his way into an apartment last year during an unauthorized search for his teenage daughter who had run away. but the judge denied the motion, saying the prosecutor have wide discretion in determining who and when to file charges. michael johnson is accused of killing 16-year-old phylicia barnes. and 11 news has obtained the first on-air response from delegate dwyer about the drug in crash that could end his -- the drug in crash that could end his political career. wednesday, he sat down with

low pressure over north texas and oklahoma. a little bit of activity here. it will come across the area beginning late tomorrow. in the longer range, here's where the temperatures are. what we have shaded is at 32 degrees or kohlberg -- colder. 21 below at international falls. watch the trend. here is the time line through the weekend. once we get into next week, like tuesday, all of the cold air gets pushed much farther north, at least in the eastern part of north america. the western part is still pretty cold. there are some changes temperature-wise coming our way. it will take a few days to get there. a few scattered clouds, and variable wind about 10 miles per hour. watch the time line. by friday morning, we start picking up some clouds. the next cover starts moving in.

the rule of thumb if you do not know, maybe no longer than you could stay out. when the temperatures are in the teens, that is when you have to be very careful. they can freeze very quickly. without having to say three minutes or five minutes, if you are really cold, bring your dog inside. that is a good rule of thumb. this time of year, they freeze their toe pads before the rest of their body. that is what you have to watch out for. >> the next one, a rabbi who constantly sheds. -- a rabbit who constantly shatz. is that normal? >> the question is whether you have too much shedding or normal shedding. that is something to be discussed with a rabbit veterinarian. now we can do stuff online. take a couple of pictures of
